    How Can I Use Sea Moss?

    • Drink Sea Moss gel daily, mix with water OR
       
    • Use 1-2 tbsp of Sea Moss gel in your favourite smoothie to give it a delicious creamy consistency
    • Face Mask - Natures Collagen - Apply the gel directly to the face as a natural face mask - wash off after approx 30 minutes
    • Sea Moss gel can also be used as a Vegan Gelatin replacement
    • Use in Soups, Stews, Curries etc
    1. Take 5g of dried seamoss and rinse well with water to remove all the salt.
    2. Soak the seamoss in a bowl overnight in approx 3-4 cups of water.
    3. Pour seamoss and the water in a blender ensuring all of the seamoss has been blended with no bits.
    4. Pour the liquid seamoss into a tight lid glass jar and store in  fridge for use.  It will turn into a gel ready for use after 8 hours in the fridge.  Store up to 3 weekis in the fridge.
